What We Do?
The Huntington Chapter of SAA is not a therapy group.  It is a Twelve-Step support group for
those having trouble managing sexual behavior.  It is made up of people just like you who
struggle with this mystifying disease.  In meetings, we listen, encourage and discuss the
many complexities of our lives.

Meetings are open to all adults regardless of gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.

Our Twelve-Step program is similar to the very successful Alcoholics Anonymous program.
We are grateful for their contribution to our recovery.

Sorry, meetings are never open to the public.  Prior to attending a meeting, you must either
contact an SAA member, call 304-751-6848, or be referred to by a professional counselor.
This is not to restrict attendance of those who might need help or of those who are not sure
yet if they need help or not.  It is merely to protect the anonymity of you and others who
attend our meetings
WHAT DOES IT COST?

SAA groups are self-supporting.  Outside contributions are not accepted.  There are NO
dues or membership fees associated with SAA.  Our ONLY purpose is recovery.
Meet other people who suffer from the same illness you do.

Find out you are not alone in your struggle with sexual compulsion.

Find a sponsor to call on when times are difficult.  Don't face your compulsive
behavior alone.

The key to recovery is not trying to do it alone.  Come, let us help one another.

Meetings
Serenity Prayer . . .

God,

Grant me the serenity to accept
the things I cannot change,

The courage to change the things I
can,

And the wisdom to know the
difference.

                               Amen
